Interested in quitting smoking, enroll in PEACE's FREE tobacco cessation program. Call (671) 477-9079 or Guam's Tobacco Quitline: 1-800-QUIT-NOW (784-8669).  

Callers that call the quit line can talk with a live Quit Coach between the hours of operation:
Tuesday to Saturday 12 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 11 pm to 12 a.m.
Sunday and Monday 12 a.m to 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Who We Are
DMHSA Team
We are the Prevention and Training Branch, under the Division of Clinical Services, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse. We provide training, technical assistance and educational opportunities for program managers, community leaders, and youth and adult volunteers on enhancing mental health and preventing and reducing alcohol, tobacco and other drug use and their related problems.
Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance positive mental health, as well as physical, emotional and spiritual wellness among children, youth and families by preventing mental dysfunction and substance abuse.
Our Vision
An island community empowered and committed to making healthy choices --- "Totally healthy, totally tobacco/alcohol and drug-free!"
